What’s the mathematical concept behind multiplier distribution in Plinko boards? Why are higher multipliers typically at the edges?

Edge multipliers reflect probability distribution. chicken plinko follows standard Plinko math: center positions have highest hit probability (binomial distribution), edges are rare. To maintain 96% RTP, edge multipliers must be massive (50x-1,000x) to compensate for low frequency. If you drop 100 eggs, maybe 40 land center (1x-2x each), 30 land mid-range (3x-10x), and 2-3 hit edges (100x-1,000x). The math balances out to 96 returned per 100 wagered. Risk settings adjust this curve: high risk pushes more value to edges, low risk clusters in center. The 77.27% overall hit rate means even edge-seeking drops usually hit something!
